1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to use the Enjoy APP! These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and the Enjoy APP regarding the use of this APP and its services. By downloading, installing, or using the Enjoy APP, you signify your consent to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this APP.

2. User Eligibility

  • You must be 16 years of age or older and have full civil capacity to register and use the Enjoy APP. If you are under 16 years old, you need to use this APP with the consent and supervision of your parents or legal guardians.

3. Account Registration and Management

  • You are required to provide true and accurate information for registration, including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, etc.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including but not limited to the confidentiality of your password. If you discover that your account has been used illegally, you should immediately notify the Enjoy APP customer service.
  • You are not allowed to register with false information or use the identity or information of others fraudulently.

4. Usage Rules

  • You agree to use the Enjoy APP in accordance with these Terms and the relevant rules and guidelines within the APP.
  • You shall not use the Enjoy APP to engage in any illegal activities or acts that infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, including but not limited to posting false information, infringing on others' intellectual property rights, and spreading malicious software.
  • You hereby expressly warrant and guarantee that all content (including but not limited to text, images, videos, audio, etc.) uploaded to the Enjoy APP complies with applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies, and contains no illegal, infringing, obscene, violent, or otherwise objectionable material.
  • You shall not conduct any form of commercial activities using the Enjoy APP without prior written permission from the Enjoy APP.
  • You shall not reverse - engineer, decode, modify, or attempt to obtain its source code in any other way.
  • You must comply with local laws and regulations, including but not limited to copyright laws, privacy laws, and consumer protection laws.

5. Point System

  • The Enjoy APP provides a point - based reward system. Users can earn points by completing tasks, watching videos, participating in activities, etc.
  • Points can be used to exchange for cash, purchase video traffic, participate in leaderboard competitions, etc.
  • The rules for obtaining, using, and redeeming points are formulated by the Enjoy APP and may be adjusted according to operational needs. Please refer to the point system instructions within the APP for specific rules.
  • The Enjoy APP reserves the final right to interpret the point system, including but not limited to the distribution of points, usage restrictions, and redemption conditions.

6. Mall and Cashback Rules

  • The Enjoy APP provides a mall service where users can purchase goods and services.
  • The goods and services in the mall are provided by third - party merchants. The Enjoy APP only serves as a trading platform and does not directly participate in the sales and after - sales services of the goods.
  • After users purchase goods or services in the mall, they may receive cashback rewards according to the cooperation agreement between the platform and the merchants. The specific cashback rules are as follows:
  • The cashback amount is calculated based on a certain percentage of the user's purchase amount. The specific percentage is determined through negotiation between the platform and the merchants and is publicly announced within the APP.
  • The cashback amount will be returned to the user's account in the form of points or cash. Users can view their cashback records in their accounts.
  • Users can withdraw the cashback amount to their binding payment accounts. The withdrawal conditions and procedures are formulated by the Enjoy APP and may be adjusted according to operational needs.
  • The Enjoy APP reserves the final right to interpret the cashback rules, including but not limited to the calculation of the cashback amount, cashback conditions, and withdrawal restrictions.
  • Users agree and understand that the cashback rules may be adjusted according to the cooperation agreement between the platform and the merchants. Users should regularly check the relevant rule instructions within the APP to ensure they are aware of the latest cashback policies.

7. Content and Copyright

  • All content in the Enjoy APP, including but not limited to text, images, videos, audio, etc., is protected by copyright. Without the prior written permission of the Enjoy APP, you shall not copy, disseminate, modify, or use such content in any other way.
  • Users shall ensure the legality and authenticity of all content (including but not limited to comments, videos, etc.) published on the Enjoy APP. Users retain copyright responsibility for their published content and hereby grant Enjoy APP a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, and sublicensable license to use such content for operational purposes, including but not limited to display, dissemination, promotion, points redemption, and user downloads.
  • Users should comply with relevant local regulations to ensure that the content they post does not infringe on the rights and interests of others.

8. Privacy Policy

  • The Enjoy APP respects users' privacy and will collect, use, and protect user information in accordance with its privacy policy. Please read our privacy policy carefully to understand how we handle your personal information.
  • You agree that we use your data in accordance with the terms of the privacy policy.
  • In the EU region, we specifically comply with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to ensure the protection of user data and privacy rights.

9. Data Security

  • The Enjoy APP will take reasonable measures to protect the security of your data, but cannot guarantee 100% risk - free. You should bear the risks of using this APP on your own.
  • If your account information or data is leaked, you should immediately notify the Enjoy APP customer service and take necessary measures to protect your rights and interests.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • The Enjoy APP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages caused by the use or inability to use this APP, even if it has been informed of the possibility of such damages.
  • The Enjoy APP shall not be responsible for the actions or content of users on this APP, except in cases of the Enjoy APP's intentional or gross negligence.
  • The limitation of liability shall comply with the requirements of local laws and regulations.

11. Service Changes and Termination

  • The Enjoy APP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this APP and its services at any time without prior notice to users.
  • If you violate these Terms, the Enjoy APP has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse you access to this APP.
  • We will try our best to notify users before terminating the service and provide a reasonable explanation.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • The interpretation, application of these Terms, and any disputes related to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  • In case of any disputes, the two parties shall first attempt to resolve them through friendly consultations. If the consultations fail, either party may file a lawsuit in the court of the relevant region.
  • Dispute resolution shall comply with the requirements of local laws and regulations.

13. Other Provisions

  • If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts shall remain in effect.
  • The failure of the Enjoy APP to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of such right or provision.
  • In different regions, we may make appropriate adjustments and supplements to these Terms according to the requirements of local laws and regulations.
